Through contemplative practices such as meditation, intentional movement, breathwork, inquiry, and meaningful conversation, each experience creates space to slow down, pay attention, and engage more deeply with what matters most.

 

Whether you're joining me for one of my intimate women's events in Phoenix, attending a wellness retreat, participating in Meditative Unwinding, or exploring personal guidance, every offering is designed to support a more conscious relationship with yourself, your relationships, your work, and your life.

 

This work stems from one simple belief:

The quality of our lives is shaped by the quality of our attention.

 

These experiences are an invitation to stop skimming the surface and begin participating more fully in the richness of being human.

MEDITATIVE UNWINDING

A practice in presence.

Meditative Unwinding is a contemplative practice developed through more than twenty years of study and practice and over a decade of guiding thousands of people through meditation, movement, breathwork, inquiry, and self-exploration.

 

At its core, this work is about developing the capacity to remain present with your life.

 

Not just during meditation.

But while navigating conflict, making decisions, building relationships, spending money, pursuing meaningful work, facing uncertainty, experiencing joy, and participating in the ordinary moments that ultimately become a life.

 

Within the practice, we intentionally engage four meditative states: present moment awareness, focused intention, an energized body-mind state, and transcendence. Together, these experiences help cultivate greater awareness, emotional capacity, clarity, and participation in life.

 

I created Meditative Unwinding from a simple observation: most people don't need more information. They need greater access to themselves.

RETREATS

A breath of fresh air—however long you need.

Retreats are designed to give you exactly what you’ve been craving: space to breathe deeply, relax fully, and simply be. Whether it’s a few hours or a few days, retreats are about slowing down and embracing the simplicity of life.

 

Held in warm, welcoming spaces, these gatherings invite you to return to the basics: nourishing your body and spirit, enjoying good company, and embracing the present moment. It’s about balance—dedicated time for reflection and practice, with plenty of room to relax, connect, and simply be.
